Welcoming one of our kittens is a thoughtful and structured process designed to prioritize health, temperament, and the right match for each family.

Waiting Time

Wait times depend on breed (Selkirk Rex or Devon Rex), coat type, color, gender preferences, and existing reservations.

  • Pregnancy: approximately 2 months

  • Growth and evaluation period: 3–4 months

  • Selection typically begins at 8–10 weeks

  • Minimum timeline: about 5 months

  • Typical wait time: 6–12 months

We prioritize quality, health, and proper matching over speed.

Adoption Lists

Priority List (Deposit Required)

  • $500 CAD deposit to reserve your place

  • Selection follows the order of deposits received

  • You may defer your selection for up to 12 months without losing priority

This list is limited to ensure personalized communication and follow-up.

Informational List (No Deposit)

  • Free registration

  • Receive updates about litters and availability

  • Contacted after priority list families

What Makes Our Program Different

  • All kittens leave fully vaccinated, dewormed, microchipped, and sterilized (pet homes)

  • At least two veterinary health exams

  • Parents and kittens are individually DNA tested

  • Over 200 genetic conditions and traits screened before breeding

How to Join the Priority List

To join our priority reservation list, please contact us and share a brief introduction about your family and the home you would offer one of our Selkirk Rex or Devon Rex kittens.

Applications are reviewed personally. Once approved, you will receive the official reservation contract and payment instructions.

The priority list is intentionally limited to 15 clients in order to maintain a personalized service and close follow-up. When full, we temporarily accept registrations for the informational list only.

Deposit

A $500 CAD deposit is required to secure your place on the priority list.

Accepted payment methods:

  • Credit card (PayPal fees may apply)

  • Cash

  • International bank-to-bank transfer

Payment details are provided after approval.

What Is Included

Each pet kitten goes home with:

  • Spay/neuter completed

  • Up-to-date vaccinations and deworming

  • Permanent microchip

  • 2-year congenital/hereditary health guarantee (per contract)

  • 30 days of Trupanion health insurance

  • Official registration with recognized associations

  • Health record booklet

  • Genetic test documentation

  • Transition and care guide

Pricing

Pricing varies depending on breed, lineage, and rarity.

  • Selkirk Rex: $3,000 CAD

  • Devon Rex: starting at $3,000 CAD

  • DBE lines: starting at $4,000 CAD

  • Breeding rights: $5,000 – $8,000 CAD

  • DBE with breeding rights: up to $15,000 CAD

All prices are in Canadian dollars.

Private Client Portal

The private client portal is exclusively available to families on the Priority Reservation List with a confirmed deposit.

It provides secure, personalized access to:

  • Your position on the priority list (using your private identifier)

  • Updates on upcoming litters

  • Kitten growth progress and key developmental milestones

  • Live streaming of our litters

  • Breeder notes and important observations

  • Veterinary updates, including deworming and vaccination schedules

The portal ensures transparency and continuous communication throughout the waiting and selection process, while maintaining client confidentiality.
